Frequently asked questions about supplementary heating

What is the difference between an oil-filled radiator, a convector and a fan heater?

An oil-filled radiator has greater thermal inertia: it takes time to heat up and continues releasing stored heat after switching off. A convector heats air by convection; a fan heater moves it with a fan. Size, response time and noise depend on the model.

Do electric heaters have to meet specific EU requirements?

Yes. The Ecodesign regulation for local space heaters sets efficiency and temperature-control requirements. We check that the proposed models comply for your market.

Do you supply electric heaters for flyer promotions?

Yes. For flyers, tell us the period, price range and quantities, and we will propose models suited to fast seasonal turnover.

When is the best time to order electric heaters?

During the summer or in early autumn, before temperatures drop. Requests made in midwinter often meet limited availability.
